Make sure if you are selected to volunteer, that you stay the duration of the banding session - 5 hours. Bring snacks, water, bug spray, and other provisions you might need. My husband, Whitney, will be the point of contact for communications with the schedule, who is volunteering for each date, and if there are any changes to the schedule. If for any reason you can't make your shift, please let him know ASAP, so we can find your replacement with adequate time before the next session.

For the next 2 sessions (on 8/10 and 8/24), if you are a volunteer and are not scheduled, then you are welcome to attend for observation and training purposes. Feel free to join for the entire session or part of the session as your attendance is not required.
