Volunteers are at the heart of Northern Arizona Audubon Society.

From conservation and community science to education and outreach, our volunteers help protect birds and the habitats they depend on.

Whether you can help once in a while or are looking for an ongoing role, there’s something for you.

Habitat Stewardship & Garden Care

Help maintain native plant gardens and bird-friendly spaces

Help Maintain Bubbling Ponds Preserve

Type: Trail Work

Date & Time: Thursday, March 26 | 8:00–11:00 AM

Location: Bubbling Ponds Preserve, Page Springs

Join us for a morning of stewardship at Bubbling Ponds Preserve. Volunteers will help mulch and make minor repairs to trails at this Important Bird Area, home to more than 270 bird species.

Bring work gloves, water, and a hat; sunscreen is recommended. NAAS will provide shovels, but if you have tools like a rake, pitchfork, or wheelbarrow, feel free to bring them (please label your tools). This is a great way to support local bird habitat while enjoying time outdoors.
