Help maintain native plant gardens and bird-friendly spaces Help Maintain Bubbling Ponds Preserve Type: Trail Work Date & Time: Thursday, March 26 | 8:00–11:00 AM Location: Bubbling Ponds Preserve, Page Springs Join us for a morning of stewardship at Bubbling Ponds Preserve. Volunteers will help mulch and make minor repairs to trails at this Important Bird Area, home to more than 270 bird species. Bring work gloves, water, and a hat; sunscreen is recommended. NAAS will provide shovels, but if you have tools like a rake, pitchfork, or wheelbarrow, feel free to bring them (please label your tools). Make the Butterfly & Pollinator Garden Thrive Currently looking for more people to join the butterfly garden team. No experience needed — orientation and training are provided. If you love butterflies, native plants, or simply spending time outdoors making a difference, this is a wonderful way to help. Register below. This role is perfect for anyone interested in gaining marketing experience, looking to learn new skills, or simply has some spare time and a creative or detail-oriented mindset. Register your interest and share your skills. Bird Walks & Public Programs Assist with or help lead educational outings We are always looking for knowledgable people to help lead our bird walks. Training is available in July for those interested with the right background. Please register your interest and include your experience.
