Join us for a relaxing morning of birding at Walnut Canyon Lakes. This is a great spot to observe waterfowl up close before peak spring migration, along with some of the earliest migrants beginning to arrive. This walk is perfect for beginners and experienced birders alike, with chances to see species such as the Canada Goose, Cinnamon Teal, Northern Shoveler, American Wigeon, Common Merganser, Osprey, Bald Eagle, Black Phoebe, Western Bluebird, White-crowned Sparrow, and Great-tailed Grackle.
