Time: 8:30–11:00 AM
Meeting Point: Parking lot at the end of East Riverfront Road near the playground

Directions: From Main Street in Cottonwood, turn onto 10th Street toward Dead Horse Ranch State Park. Take the first right onto East Riverfront Road and follow it to the parking lot at the end of the road.

What to Bring: Binoculars, scope, camera, water, snacks, hat, sturdy shoes, and weather-appropriate clothing.

About the Location: Riverfront Park offers excellent riparian bird habitat along the Verde River and connects to the Jail Trail. Flat paths make for an easy walk while we look for warblers, sparrows, kinglets, vireos, and waterfowl.
