Come join us to bird Fain Park! This lesser known spot has much to offer and is a great location to get an often hard to find specialty like the Crissal Thrasher. With a great mix of habitats there are chances for Ring-necked Duck, Pied-billed Grebe, Red-naped Sapsucker, Woodhouse’s Scrub-jay, Black Phoebe, Bewick’s Wren, Canyon Towhee, Phainopepla, and Bushtit.

We will meet in the Fain Park parking lot at the address given below at 8am. While most walking is easy, be prepared for some spots with especially uneven terrain for a few steps. Be sure to bring sunscreen, walking shoes, a hat, binoculars, water, and wear warm clothes. For any questions please reach out to Abbie Brozich at 480-519-0538
