Meet at the parking lot (free) 1600 N Page Springs Rd, Cornville, AZ 86325. Porta-potty available here. Join for a walk at this well known and much loved Important Birding Area where our mascot, the Common-Black Hawk reigns supreme and appears to be overwintering this season. Vermillion Flycatcher, phoebes, Song Sparrow, ducks, eagle, titmouse and kingfisher are all attracted to this special location. Easy walking and well maintained flat trail. Prepare ahead for an absence of cellular phone service while here. Bring whatever you need to be comfortable; sturdy shoes, clothing layers, hat/visor, snack, hydration and binoculars are recommended. Heather Hofling will lead.
